By accessing this site, you signify your agreement with and understanding of the following Terms of Use and Legal Information pertaining to both this site, any material on it and services provided by TRI UK Ltd.
Bookings
- 3 hour min per individual booking
- Administration charge per invoice £25
- All prices exclude VAT at 17.5%
- Unsociable hours will be charged at a different rate to ones stated, please enquire to these charges before making your booking.
Non-solicitation
As the customer you shall not approach\book to work with any TRI UK Ltd (company) freelancer, employee or subcontractor that has been introduced to them by the company. If this clause is breached within six months of the booking period then the customer herby agreed to pay TRI UK Ltd liquidation damages of up to 100% of the gross agency fee for the duration of work undertaken by the company for the client.
Cancellations
- Cancellations at 4 weeks notice incur no charge
- Cancellations at 3 weeks notice incur 50% charge of total cost
- Cancellations at 2 weeks notice incur 75% charge of total cost
- Cancellations at 1 weeks notice incur 100% charge of total cost.
Cancellations on the same day a booking is made will incur no charge
For the purposes of these terms and conditions, a week will be taken as a calendar week but a day will be taken as 9am to 5:30pm.
Upon signing the booking form you are agreeing to the aforementioned prices and conditions of service.
Important legal notice
Under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall TRI UK Ltd be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the access or use of, or the inability to access or use, the materials at this site, even if TRI UK Ltd or an authorized TRI UK Ltd representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Applicable law may not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
In no event shall TRI UK Ltd's total liability for any and all damages and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for the use of this site. TRI UK Ltd also cannot not guarantee, that the site or the server that makes it available will be free of viruses or other harmful components. TRI UK Ltd shall not be liable for any damages to, viruses that may infect, or services, repairs or corrections that must be performed on your computer or other property on account of your accessing or use of this site.
Please note that some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so some or all of the above exclusion may not apply to you.
Also TRI UK Ltd may revise these terms at any time by updating them and re-posting them here. You should check to see if these terms have been revised from time to time because they are binding in their current form and in any revised form once posted here.
